Tatiana believes strongly in showing up just as we are - wherever we are in our journey. Her therapeutic work takes a relational, strengths based approach that empowers her clients to utilize skills they already hold to heal. In her work, Tatiana encourages curiosity, compassion and acceptance towards ourselves and others. She values humor as a capacity for healing and holds the belief that we do not heal in isolation, but rather in communion with others. Tatiana recognizes that no one approach is ideal for every individual. Therefore, she draws from modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).

Tatiana's Experience & Background
​Tatiana earned her Masters of Science in Clinical Professional Counseling from Loyola University Maryland. She is energized by her work in serving the BIPOC community as she is committed to fostering a safe and inclusive environment. As a person within the BIPOC community, she is attuned to generational challenges and systemic obstacles. She has experience in crisis stabilization and various levels of care such as inpatient, outpatient and residential settings. Tatiana is passionate about a variety of clinical areas such as attachment, relational stress, family dynamics and alternative relationships. She is engaged in ongoing continuing education and is currently “growing into” work with couples and the kink community.
