Accepting New Clients
Dr. Jo invites her clients to enter a supportive, non-judgemental, and safe environment to help each individual create the life that they want to lead. She believes that the best therapy outcomes are a result of individuals who are motivated to make changes in their life, are willing to grow in new ways, and who have a positive, collaborative, and warm relationship with their therapist. Dr. Jo approaches therapy with an empirical, behavioral lens, and utilizes treatment modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to create an individualized treatment approach.
