Accepting New Clients
Hannah provides her clients with a warm, genuine space that is free of judgment. She encourages her clients through a person-centered lens to be the authors of their own stories and strives to empower her clients in their exploration of self through transparency and empathy. Hannah uses various modalities to ensure her clients are finding their best-fit approach to reach their goals. She includes mind-body awareness, narrative therapy, imagery, and elements of Internal Family Systems and Dialectical Behavior Therapy to guide her clients to their inner strengths. Hannah is also a trained EMDR therapist and can facilitate your healing process of specific distress or trauma points through accessing cognitive beliefs through REM eye movements and arriving at a place of newfound awareness and peace.
Insurance & Rates:
55-minute intake session: $165
55-minute psychotherapy session: $150
Hannah is an out-of-network provider. You may be able to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement using Alex's account with Reimbursify.

Hannah's Experience & Background
Hannah earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Syracuse University in New York and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the College of Charleston in South Carolina. Her experience includes working with children and adults with varying sociocultural backgrounds and neurodiversity in a community mental health outpatient setting, leading her to focus her current practice on individual adult counseling. She has worked with individuals and groups navigating the stress that can come with the intersections of personal and societal trauma. The approaches she uses weave together to help individuals find their strength and motivation for change. Hannah is committed to guiding her clients to a greater understanding of self so they can nurture a mindset of growth and healing.
