Caitlin provides a nonjudgmental space for clients to share their experiences and discover their inner resources. She understands that each client’s story is impacted by systemic inequality, individual beliefs, and relationships with others. Caitlin guides her clients as they unpack relationship patterns, clarify their values, and create the life they want to live. Her work is LGBT and disability affirming, and utilizes aspects of the expressive arts (visual/dance/musical), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
Insurance & Rates:
55-minute intake session: $190
55-minute psychotherapy session: $165
Caitlin is an out-of-network provider. You may be able to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement using Caitlin's account with Reimbursify.

Caitlin's Experience & Background
Caitlin obtained her Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Towson University. Her clinical experience includes anxiety research and work in community mental health. Caitlin is currently being trained in expressive arts therapy, and she cherishes the inherent creativity within each person. Caitlin has also completed Phase 1 and 2 of Brainspotting training. She uses Brainspotting as an augmentation to integrative talk therapy when clients desire a deeper exploration of specific issues.
